Susan Gray - 2024
Formally trained in Fine Art at Buckinghamshire University, Susan works as a full time artist in both Cornwall and locally. As a finalist in the 2022 British Art Prize, she exhibited at the Oxo Gallery, London, and has taken part in the international Art Festival in Mainz, Germany, the Drawing Marathon, Princes Drawing School, London and regularly exhibits in Bucks, Herts, Cornwall and Wiltshire.
Susan also runs acrylic painting workshops and demonstrates at art societies in the area and further afield. She paints and sketches directly on the beaches and in the landscape, sometimes completing works in situ. Always fascinated by the sea, rocks and surrounding areas, Susan aims to convey movement and the atmosphere of the day.
