Saturday 15 June: 10am – 5pm
Sunday 16 June: 10am – 5pm
Please note: the Art Show will not now run on the Monday.

Entrance Fee

£2.00 for adults and free for children under 16.

Preview Evening

Preview Evening is on Friday 14 June 7-9pm.  For this, we charge an entry fee of £12 per person if purchased in advance or £15 on the door.  Entry price includes a complimentary glass of wine, juice or Farr Brew local beer, and canapés.  In due course advance tickets for the Preview Evening can be purchased here.

Parking

There is ample parking in the village field. Please look out for the Car Park signs.  Disabled parking is available for those that need it and one of our car parking stewards will direct you.

We ask all visitors to drive carefully in and around the narrow lanes and respect the beautiful village of Ayot St Lawrence and its inhabitants.

Volunteering

As you can imagine, the Art Show takes an enormous amount of work to deliver and we would be enormously grateful if you could volunteer to help out at the Show for an hour or two in 2024. If you are interested in volunteering, please email us at [email protected].  We would love to hear from you!
