Yinghong Fan - 2025
Born in China and now residing in the UK since 2007, Yinghong is a painter with nearly twenty years of experience, specialising in watercolours and traditional Chinese painting. Her artistic journey has been shaped by learning from renowned tutors across both China and the UK, where she has honed her craft and developed a distinctive style that seamlessly blends Eastern traditions with modern influences.
A passionate traveller, she finds inspiration in the places she visits, capturing the essence of diverse landscapes, architecture, and cultures through her art. Deeply inspired by the natural world, she paints vibrant scenes of nature, including landscapes, nebulae, and wildlife. Her work offers more than visual beauty; it provides a window into the uniqueness of other countries, encouraging others to explore the world and discover its wonders for themselves.
Yinghong's main interest is landscape and nature, including sea life, arora and nebula. She also leaps into Chinese traditional flower and bird fine art and ink painting.
Yinghong has exhibited with local art shows in Cambridgeshire since her family moved there from Codicote in Hertfordshire. Her work can be found in private collections.
