Stella Yarrow - 2018
Stella Yarrow's artwork reflects her strong interest in the natural environment; she has been a regular volunteer for some years at an ecology centre. Much of her work considers our ambiguous and inconsistent relationship with animals, such as our attitudes to resurgent wildlife in cities.
She completed the City Lit Fine Art course in 2017 and is now studying for a Certificate in Printmaking at the Art Academy in London. Her favourite printmaking technique is lino cut, because of its strong graphic qualities and the vibrancy of the colours. She has exhibited her work in London.
