Sarah Koon - 2023
Sarah Koon is a self-taught artist who was born and raised in Malaysia and currently resides in Hoddesdon. Despite being a full-time mum, Sarah has made time to pursue her passion for art.
During the pandemic lockdown, Sarah picked up a paintbrush for the first time and discovered a natural talent that she never knew she had. Since then, she has been painting daily, experimenting with different styles and techniques and refining her skills.
Sarah's love for colours is evident in her work, which is inspired by nature, particularly landscapes. She has a unique ability to capture the essence of the natural world on canvas, using vibrant colours and expressive brushstrokes to create stunning, eye-catching paintings that draw the viewer in.
For Sarah, art is more than just a hobby; it is a way to spread joy and happiness in the world. She hopes that her paintings will bring a smile to people's faces and inspire them to appreciate the beauty of nature.
