Meggie is a Hertfordshire-based artist who primarily paints in oils. Meggie’s oil paintings portray how she sees the world around her; the unexpected beauty of the most simple things; the freedom to be part of it all. She is intrigued by light, water, wildlife and particularly loves sky gazing.
She often paints the Hertfordshire landscapes due to their beautiful, vibrant colours, dynamic skies, fields of wild flowers and rich woodlands. Each oil painting symbolises a special moment or observation and thus has a personal meaning to her.
