Judy Century - 2022

Judy is a North London-based artist who paints expressive floral and landscape paintings in acrylics. She is drawn to structure and pattern in nature, and particularly focuses on capturing the sense of flowers bursting to life in their elegant, powerful forms.

Playing with scale, contrast and pattern, Judy creates contemporary takes on nature-inspired subjects. With all her work, Judy's aim is to create decorative, striking pieces which have lots to explore. She enjoys experimenting with degrees of abstraction, and varies her practice from representational work through to a more abstract style. The results are energetic, colourful, statement pieces which celebrate nature whilst also creating decorative pieces to liven up interior spaces.
