Joe Rowson - 2026
Joe initially used watercolour when he started painting, but has since migrated to oils and pastels. He has exhibited at numerous art shows in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. He has been published in a local paper several times and had a copy of a painting displayed in a subway in Hertford. He has also painted a mural with another artist in Knebworth.
