Anne Hignell - 2026
Using different subjects including landscape, figures and still life, Anne enjoys the challenges that each subject has to offer. She is attracted by colour, the contrast of light and movement, and aims to convey these in her loose, impressionistic style.
Anne uses mostly acrylic but enjoys mixing it with charcoal, watercolour, pencil and recently oil, to build up layers of interest in her work.
